FTP server configuration
By configuring an FTP server, folders can be shared via the Internet. In order to
add to the user account you first need to create a new user. Read the section
“Create a new user”.
1. Select
“Basic” in the upper menu, and then sub-menu “Quick Setup” >
“Add Share”.
. Enter a name for the FTP server. Click on
“Next” to continue.
. Select which users are to have access to the FTP server. Mark a user or
group in the right hand list and click on “
Read Only” if the user/group is only
to be granted permission to read the data or
“Writable” if the user/group is
allowed to amend the data. Click on
“Next” to continue.
