6.1 crystal ember installation

The front glass must be removed and the appliance must be secured in its final location before the optional topaz glass
chips and drift wood logs are installed (CHD models only) (see “front glass installation and removal” section).
Recommended drift wood log placement for NEFL50CHD
The glass front must be removed and the appliance must be secured in its final location before the crystal embers
are installed (see “front glass installation and removal” section).
For NEFL32/42/50/60/74/100CHD, place the small crystal embers into
the media tray, applying an even layer from side to side. Next, randomly
place the large crystal embers on top of the small crystal embers.
note:
1. Carefully place crystal embers into the bottom media tray (FIG. 1).
2. Apply an even layer from side to side.
1. Carefully place drift wood logs on the media tray.
2. Use the topaz glass chips to fill in spaces between the drift wood logs. This will improve the overall look of the
appliance.
