REPLACING THE HEAD KIT
IDENTIFY PARTS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY
1. Drive
2. Ratchet Head
3. Pawl
4. Heart Spring
5. Drive Spring
6. Direction Plate Screw
7. Direction Plate
TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY
1. Screwdriver and T-30 Bit for direction plate screw
2. "Super Lube" brand synthetic grease.
Step 1:
Assemble Heart Spring with the Pawl
NOTE:
The Pawl has an opening on each side (See fig.
1). Heart Spring must be inserted into the side with the
larger opening.
