using. • Inspect before each use. Do not use if damaged,
altered, modified, in poor condition or has loose or missing
components. Take corrective action before using. • Do not
exceed rated capacity. • This product was not designed for
overhead lifting applications. Stay out from under a load
being lifted or suspended. • Do not spread the load bearing
chains more than a total of 90°. • Wear eye protection that
meets ANSI Z87.1 and OSHA standar • Assure the load is
secured to the device. • Attach all four chains to the load
being lifted. • No alterations shall be made to this device.
• Failure to heed these warnings may result in serious
or fatal personal injury and/or property damage.
