WARNINGS & CAUTIONS

 Please read this safety information carefully and keep this document for future reference. Help articles and customer 

support is always available at https://nanoleaf.me/support.This Nanoleaf® product is not designed, certified, nor intended for use in:enclosed 
locations that limit the flow of air and/or trap heat which contributes to an environment temperature over 40 degrees Celsius;emergency exits, 
emergency lighting, or other use cases involving critical systems for human safety; in conjunction with 3rd party devices that are not approved by 
Nanoleaf® for use with Nanoleaf® products; locations or use cases where there is a risk of electric shock; outdoor areas, regardless of weather 
conditions; wet conditions; as a floor covering or floor tiling; excessively humid areas; regions or countries other than that in which the product was 
intended for and certified for sale in. When using this Nanoleaf® product: This luminaire must be installed by qualified electrician in accordance 
with local rules and codes. Do not disassemble the device by personal, as this will void the warranty and make the product unsafe for use. Suitable 
installation fastening methods should be employed to ensure the mounting points are not damaged when subjected to vibration and/or 
movement. While connected to the electrical supply of the building, line voltages will be present in the power supply, panels, linkers, so do not 
place any metallic or conductive objects near any exposed metal contacts on any component. Do not clean the device with liquid or sprays when 
it is connected to power. Clean the panels with a soft dry cloth, and do not use harsh cleaning agents. Do not submerge any part of the device in 
water, or expose any part of the device to water. Do not attach the panels together with any connector or device other than original equipment 
manufactured by Nanoleaf®. The flexible cable and power supply cannot be replaced by another third party product. If the cable is damaged, the 
entire controller and power supply should only be replaced with original equipment manufactured by Nanoleaf®. Using any non-approved 
replacement component will void the warranty and may present a serious safety hazard. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When 
the light source reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced. Nanoleaf® light panels are primarily intended for decorative use, with 
RGBW output function that can dim. 

FCC INFORMATION 

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules; This device contains licence-exempt 

transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s licence-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject 
to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, 
including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance of 20 cm 
between the radiator and your body. NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits of a Class B digital device, 
pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules and the Canadian ICES-003 Class B specifications. These limits are designed to provide reasonable 
protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if 
not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no 
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television 
reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more 
of the following measures: Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna; Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver; Connect the 
equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected; Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV 
technician for help. MODIFICATION: Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the grantee of this device could void the user’s 
authority to operate the device.

WARRANTY 

Nanoleaf warrants that this device’s hardware components will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two 

(2) years from the date of purchase, unless a different period is stated in or on the packaging of the product, based on up to 3 hours average 
working time per day/7 days per week, when used as directed (the “Warranty Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Warranty Period for all 
Energy Star-certified products is three (3) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty only applies to the hardware components 
contained in the original packaging. This limited warranty does not apply to any software, even if packaged or sold with the hardware 
components. Nanoleaf does not warrant that use of this device will be uninterrupted or error-free. If this device does not conform to this limited 
warranty, Nanoleaf will send you, at its election, a replacement device or refund your original price upon receipt of the returned device, register 
receipt and proof of purchase. Please reach out to our customer support to find out how to return the device. This limited warranty does not cover 
devices subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or acts of God. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT 
PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. LIABILITY 
FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. Some states and provinces do not allow exclusion of incidental 
or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
