Important information before getting started
First use: Before the initial operation of JuLI™ Stage, we recommend to
leave the instrument outside an incubator for 20 minutes, keeping the power
on. This will allow the instrument’s temperature to equilibrate to room
temperature.
If the instrument is to be operated inside an incubator, additionally warm up
the instrument to 37 °C for 2 hours. Make sure to keep the power on during
this process.
Environmental requirements: When operating JuLI™ Stage inside an
incubator, make sure to keep the laboratory’s temperature in a range of
between 15 °C and 25 °C. Temperature beyond this range may affect the
performance of the JuLI™ Stage.
Installation: Please make sure to carefully follow the installation instructions
in this manual in order to ensure safe operation. If all the components are
connected correctly, it will look like the Image below.
