General Fault Detection and Diagnosis
If the failure is not resolved after troubleshooting, please contact place of purchase.
The light won't start up.
The fixture produces light,
but LCD display is not working.
LCD display is on but no light output.
The inside fan can not work.
The fixture has an abnormal flicker.
1.Control board is damaged or connecting cables of control
board fall off.
1. Please check the LED indicator. If flashing or not on, please
check whether the connection between power cable and
outlet connection is properly connected.
2. Please check whether the voltage value is within specified
parameters.
1. Check if DIM is set zero.
2. LED board or main board may be damaged.
3. Check if the connecting cable of LED board fall off.
1. If the LCD screen displays "The fixture is overheated, please
check the fixture!" that means the fan is damaged, please
contact with place of purchase or manufacturer.
1. Please check if there are any high temperature object near
that make the operational environment temperature too high.
2. Check if the fixture is in a special effect mode.
