2. Purpose of the subsoiler
The subsoiler is an agricultural machine designed for crushing, airing the soil and deep
loosening the subsoil (up to 60 cm) in order to improve its physical and biological properties.
Aeration and irrigation of the lower soil layers obtained thanks to subsoiling provides an
excellent agrotechnical effect favorably affects the development of plants that have a deeper
root system. Subsoiling is carried out most often on soils for sugar beet, rape and alfalfa.
Subsoiling is carried out in a given field every few years - usually (4-5 years). A signal that
may indicate the need for subsoiling may be water reservoirs in the spring. After subsoiling,
there is no need for deep plowing and you can sow plants after using the tillage tools.
WARNING! The subsoiler is intended only for work in agriculture. Using it
for other purposes will be understood as improper use and will result in the
loss of warranty. Failure to comply with these operating instructions will
also be understood as non-compliant use intended.
WARNING! For damage resulting from the use of the machine other than
for its intended purpose the producer doesn't respond.
3. Safety of use
The subsoiler may only be operated and operated by adults acquainted with the user's manual
with all precautions in particular:
- during transport of the subsoiler on public roads it must be installed on the machine frame:
• distinguishing sign for slow moving vehicles according to PN - 93 / R- 36154
• portable light and warning device, which contains two boards warning / forward and
reverse/ with white position lights facing forward and the grouped lamps and red reflectors
facing backwards.
- keep special when overtaking and passing other vehicles care,
- during work with the subsoiler do not use the tractor's independent brakes,
- all operations on the machine should be carried out only when the tractor engine is on
turned off and the machine lowered to the ground,
- do not approach the subsoiler during its raising and lowering,
- do not stay between the tractor and the attached subsoiler during work
engine,
- do not reverse the subsoiler and make turns when the machine is lowered in
working position,
- do not step on or load the machine while it is working or stopping
additional weights,
- to secure connection of the subsoiler with the tractor use only factory
pins and split pins,
- any repairs, inspections, maintenance or cleaning of working elements
during work only with the tractor engine off and after
lowering the subsoiler to the ground,
