Mark the top section in line with finished surface
level, allowing for depth of cover & frame.
Install and fix the frame directly onto the chamber.
Remove the marked section and cut with hand saw
along the pre-marked line and refit back onto the
chamber.
Fit cover into the frame and reinstate surrounding
surfacing.
