Piston cup replacement
1. Remove the plunger from the container.
2. Unscrew the piston cup screw.
3. Remove the piston cup.
4. Replace the cup.
5. Reinsert the cup, tighten the screw, and place the plunger back into the container.
Replacing the glass ball in the cylinder.
1. Remove the cylinder from the container.
2. Unscrew the bottom of the cylinder.
3. Unscrew the ball housing.
4. Change the ball
5. Reinsert the bottom of the cylinder and place the cylinder into the container.
Read the instruction manual carefully and keep it in a safe place for future reference.
Caution:! Wear gloves and goggles when using chemicals.
Operation instructions
1. Make sure the sprayer is empty. Adjust the strap and make sure the sprayer fits perfectly before you place any liquids
inside it.
2. When removing the lid make sure that the filter remains in place. Fill the sprayer, do not exceed the ceiling.
3. Reinstall the lid and screw it in securely. (This allows the pressure to reach its maximum.)
4. Place the sprayer on your back and remove the lumber from the rack. Hold with your right hand. Release the pump handle.
5. Press for 6-8 times to create the desired pressure. The machine is ready to use.
6. Press the trigger to start the spray. You can lock the trigger so that you have a continuous spray.
7. Depending on the spraying required, you can use the single injector, double injector or quadruple injector.
8. To maintain pressure while spraying, press the pump 2-3 times every 10-15 seconds.
Maintenance instructions - after use and before storage
1. Release the pressure from the container by holding the trigger until it no longer sprays.
2. Empty the remaining solution into a special container and thoroughly wash the sprayer for future use.
3. Lubricate the outside of the plunger at regular intervals to ensure that it moves smoothly and does not leak.
4. Keep the machine away from the rays of the sun.
