ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

INFLATING THE WING

A) Lay the wing fl at on the ground (upside down) with the strut facing up. Make sure the leading edge

  is facing toward the wind.
B) Attach the pump leash to the leash connection point on the leading edge.
C) Push button in and turn approximately 90 degrees until it springs out.
D) Insert the pump hose end piece and infl ate until you reach the required pressure. If the wing has

been stored upright, you will want to grab the second handle at the strut after infl ating the leading

edge and shake slightly, allowing the strut bladder to fall back in place toward the leading edge.
E) Using a Naish pump with gauge, infl ate the wing to the recommended psi:

  sizes: 2.2/2.8/3.6: 8-10 psi, sizes: 4.6/5.3: 7-9 psi, sizes: 6.0/6.8 : 6-8 psi
F) Remove pump nozzle from SureLock Valve and tighten the cap by turning it clockwise to the

  closed position.
G) Close the velcro cover over the SureLock Valve.
