Under the circumstance that the storage and application terms are followed, the warranty period starts from
the shipping day and lasts for 3 years. The seals on the products need to remain unbroken, and if the
malfunctioning is caused by quality issues in manufacturing, we manufacturer company will be responsible for
repairing or replacing for free. However if the malfunctioning is caused by following reasons, even though the
product is within the warranty, the product can be repaired or replaced for fee.
(1)
Wrong application, self-modified, improper maintenance or any similar reason
(2)
Exceeding the standard usage regulation.
(3)
Falling or breaking when installing or any similar reason after purchasing
(4)
Seism, fire, thunder, abnormal voltage or any other natural disaster, or any secondary disaster.

）出现故障时，请与供货商或本公司售后服务部门联系；

）保修期内的修理或更换：由于本公司制造上的问题所造成的故障，作无偿修理，以至更换；

）超过保修期后的修理或更换：在修理后能维持功能的场合下，作有偿修理，否则作有偿更换。

When malfunction happens, please contact the supplier or aftersales department of our company.
(2)
Repairing or replacing within warranty period: if the quality issue happens in manufacturing, the
products will be repaired up to replace for free.
(3)
Repairing or replacing beyond warranty period: unless the products remain functioning for repairing for
fee, the products will be replaced for fee.

用户务必确认对本产品技术资料已有详细了解，并应根据断路器将来使用的场合，按“订货规范”
表订货；
10.1 Users need to confirm that they are aware of the technically information of this product in detail and
place the order according to the intended application and following the order regulation table.
10.2
如用户订货时对控制器保护参数不作要求，本公司将按规格型号默认配置
10.2 If there is no special requirement upon the protection parameter of electronic controller when we receive
the order. We will set the parameter default according to the type.
