NAD S100 Installation And Setup Instructions Download Page 3

Once the lid is removed, two rows of connectors (2 x 8 pins each) can be seen. By
placing jumpers over the various pairs of connectors different settings can be selected.
The table below shows which settings are available. Place the jumpers as indicated in the
corresponding figure. Figure 1 shows the factory default setting, figures 2 to 12 show only
the settings for the left row of connectors, the other row must be the exact mirror-image.

NOTE:
The position of the jumpers should always be identical for both rows of connectors. Do
not use any other settings than those indicated in the table below.

NOTE:
Never operate the S100 RIAA Module without its top cover installed!

•

By using a pair of small pliers or tweezers remove and place the jumpers for both
rows in the desired position. Unused jumpers may be put over just one pin for
safekeeping.

•

After the jumpers have been put in the correct setting, replace the aluminium cover.

•

Install the module as indicated in chapter: “Installation of the S100 RIAA Phono
Module into the NAD S100 pre-amplifier.”
