The Hot Plug Button 1 Register controls together with the The Hot Plug Button 2 Register
controls together with the Hot Plug Button 1 Register the value of the /HP_BUTTON balls of
the corresponding PEX8532.
HP_BUTTON2 Register the value of the /HP_BUTTON balls of the corresponding PEX8532.
