In HRM mode, you can change Main Display once your belt is
paired.
In HRM mode, stopwatch, countdown timer
or interval time can be displayed at the top of
the screen. These function are started within
their individual menu screens.

1. Press and hold Adjust to scroll to next
display %HR, BPM, MEPs and Kcal.
1. Press Adjust to start/stop
stopwatch.
2. When the stopwatch is
stopped, press and hold Mode
for 2 sec to clear.
