no obstacles between them interfering with Bluetooth (some LCDs absorb
magnetic waves). Make sure that both devices have enough memory to exchange
files. Check whether the devices are in flight mode (flight mode disables the
Bluetooth).

Sounds - make sure that the phone is not muted and check other sound settings.
Check if the cord in 3.5mm minijack socket is connected correctly. Some
minijack`s differ from the others, it also can be the reason - try a different cable.

Photos and screenshots - check if the camera lens is not obscured. Make sure that
the device has enough memory on the SD card. Check the installation of the SD
memory card.

Although the battery is charging, the battery status is low - turn off all options,
such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and then reduce the brightness of the screen (these
options consume the most of power), then enable the Flight Mode. These simple
steps accelerate battery charging. It is recommended to charge the device with
the charger, not via computer's USB port

While using your phone, it is possible to take a snapshot of your screen and save it in the
phone`s memory. To do this, simultaneously hold down the On / Off and Volume keys.
The screenshot will be saved in phone`s memory in the
Pictures
