TROUBLESHOOTING
I Pairing failed
1. Put the earbuds back to the charging case.
2. Wait 15 seconds. Then take the earbuds out of the case.
3. Wait until the LEDs on both earbuds flash slowly and enter the pairing mode.
4. Select “ ZeBuds ” from the list of detected Bluetooth devices.
If the pairing still fails, please check the following points:
• Make sure the earbuds and your Bluetooth ® device are near each other.
• Try to reboot your Bluetooth
®
device.
I Connection is not stable
• Make sure the earbuds and your Bluetooth
®
device are inside their Bluetooth
®
range.
• Ensure that the earbuds have enough battery power.
• Put the earbuds back to the charging case. Wait 15 seconds. Then take the earbuds out
of the case.
• Try to reboot your Bluetooth ® device.
