29. When operating the EMS massage gloves, both hands must be at work the same
time, and ensure even contact with the skin. The energy should be adjusted from the
minimum first, and then gradually increase after adaptation.
30. It is better not to wash the treatment area too much within 30 days after spot
removal treatment(simple nursing care is enough), and not to scrub it forcibly.
31. Do not use hands to scratch the scabbed area when it gets itchy after spot
removal treatment; wait for 20~30 days or so, it will fall off by itself.
32. Do not stay in one place for a long time during spot removal operation; sweep
gently so as to not burn the dermis.
33. For those with dense, large patch dark spots, single large spots, dermal spots,
patchy spots, it is advised not to use this instrument.
5. Troubleshooting & Solutions
1. The instrument cannot be started, but the key light on the back of the instrument
does not work?
A. Make sure the power cord is connected to a valid power socket.
B. Whether the fuse tube on the back of the instrument is loose or burnt out.
2. No RF output of the instrument?
A. Please check whether the plug connecting the instrument handle and the body is
tightly connected.
B. Please check whether the treatment area has been cleaned. Grease or oil essential
oil products may cause poor contact between the treatment handle of the instrument
and human body, resulting in no RF output.
3.No EMS Energy Output?
A. Please check if the handle and the machine is tightly connected.
B. Please check if the treatment area is clean. Grease or products like essential oil
might interfere with the RF output.
4.No spray coming from the hydro spray jet?
A. Please check whether the nozzle is blocked.
B. Please check whether the regulating part of the nozzle tail is tightened.
C. Please check whether the wrench of the spray gun is loose.
5. No response to the button of skin scrubber?
A. Turn off the instrument and restart it.
B. Remove the plug of the probe and install it again.
6. The microdermabrasion has no suction?
A. Please check whether the rubber ring of the operating head is screwed too tight,
resulting in air leakage.
