Do’s and Don’ts after Treatment
1. Keep warm after operation. Do not eat cold food and do not get a cold.
2. Take shower in 4-6 hours
3. Do not eat greasy and spicy foods
4. Do not stay up late , smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol.
5. Do not eat raw, cold and spicy foods. Eat more protein-rich foods like meats and vitamin-rich
vegetables and fruits.
6. Drink more hot water to keep hydrated and speed up metabolism.
