REPLACING THE BATTERY
When the “ “ symbol appears it is time to replace
your battery. Be certian to use a compatiable CR2032
Lithium battery to replace the old one. Remember Do
Not dispose of the old battery with regular household
waste. Please refer to you local ordinances and recycling
instructions regarding disposal of the worn batteries.
Replacing the Battery
1. Open the Battery Compartment on the bottom of
the scale.
2. Remove the old battery and dispose of it appropriatley,
3. Insert the new battery (1 X CR2032) into the battery
compartment according to the polarity indicators
visible inside the compartment.
4. Once the new battery is installed all the digits on the
front LCD will light up.
5. Close the battery compartment and wait for the
display to show “0.0”.
