WARNING
Never use your motorcycle if the fluid
level is below the MIN mark. The brakes
may fail to properly operate, which
could lead to an accident. If the brake
fluid level is below the MIN mark, you
must have it topped up by an authorized
MV Agusta dealer.
WARNING
Have the topping up of the brake fluid
performed only by skilled personnel.
Brake fluid is highly toxic. Avoid inge-
stion and contact with your skin or eyes.
Keep brake fluid out of reach of children
and domestic animals. In the event of a
brake fluid ingestion, immediately call a
doctor and do not cause vomiting, in
order to avoid inhalation of brake fluid
in lungs. If the brake fluid comes in
touch with your skin or eyes, immedia-
tely wash with water.
WARNING
Use only the brake fluid specified at
paragraph 6.3. of this manual. Mixing dif-
ferent brake fluids can cause a dange-
rous chemical reaction, as well as the
decrease of the braking efficiency, with
subsequent increase of the risk of acci-
dents.
WARNING
An insufficient amount of brake fluid may
allow the introduction of air in the braking
system. This could compromise the effec-
tiveness of the braking system, with sub-
sequent increase of the risk of accidents.
Presence of air in the braking system can
be identified in the moment you feel a
characteristic “spongy effect” while
pushing the brake pedal. In this case,
have a braking system bleeding perfor-
med by an authorized MV Agusta dealer
before riding your motorcycle again.
