NOTE
•
to scan the folded paper with the Protective Sheet, select “ADF
(Duplex)” (see Adjusting the Setting tabs > Scan Settings (For
All Scan-to Options) > Scan Source ), and check the “two-
Sided merge” checkbox with the “With Protective Sheet” option
selected (see Adjusting the Setting tabs > Scan Settings (For All
Scan-to Options) > two-Sided merge ).

back side on the right of the image after merged.

Protective Sheet Attentions
•
Do not place the Protective Sheet upside down. Doing so can
cause jams and damage to the Protective Sheet.
•
to avoid jams, place only one sheet in the Protective Sheet.
•
total thickness of paper no more than 1.25mm including the
Protective Sheet.
•
clean the surface of and inside Protective Sheet when it becomes
dirty.
•
there may appear a line or a gap between the front and back side
of images after merged.
•
Image on the folded area may appear missing after merged.
•
It is recommended to replace the Protective Sheet after every 500
scans, or when it is damaged or worn out.
