To Clean:
Remove all pieces before cleaning, disassemble the
parts, and wash in warm soapy water. O-ring can be removed
by locating O-ring gap on the opposite side of the straw.

Slide/roll the O-ring down through the O-ring gap to
remove it. Parts are also top-rack dishwasher safe. Clean the
inside of the silicone straw gently with a straw cleaning brush
to prevent damage to the internal leak-proof valve.
How to use:
Insert the lid’s pull tab through the opening on the snack
bowl, then grab the pull tab and pull it down from the
bottom side.

. Pull the silicone lid’s sidewall out and
over the edge of the snack bowl. Push down around the entire
perimeter to create a seal.

IMPORTANT!
Firmly pull
the tab down again to ensure that it is properly seated in the
opening.

. On the underside of the snack bowl, insert
the straw into the
round hole directly beneath the straw
spout. Hold the straw and vent plug in place at the top while
inserting straw.

The other hole is an air valve
and will not work with the straw.
