installation only. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. The
antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from all
persons and must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except as evaluated in this
filing or in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter
must not exceed a maximum gain of 4.0 dBi in 700/800/1700/1800 MHz. OEM integrators must be provided with
antenna installation instructions and labeling requirements for finished products. OEM integrators and end-Users
must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid
only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end
user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device.

This device supports LTE of 1.4, 3, 5, 10, 15, and 20MHz bandwidth modes for FDD LTE Bands 2 and 4; LTE of 1.4, 3,
5, and 10MHz bandwidth modes for FDD LTE Bands 5 and 12; LTE of 5, and 10MHz bandwidth modes for FDD LTE
Band 13.

This device contains functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for U.S.
operations.
