MTSs entire obligation under this warranty shall be limited (at MTSs

option) to repair or replacement of any products that prove to be

defective within the warranty period, or, at MTSs option, issuance of

a refund of the purchase price. Defective products must be returned by

Customer to MTSs factory with transportation prepaid.
MTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
