Topping up the battery water
The level of the battery water must be checked regularly. The filling level is
too low if the white indicators on the cells are not right at the top in the cap
(see picture). In that case the battery water must be topped up.
Procedure for topping up battery water:
1.
Fully charge the battery
a. Please note: If the battery is not fully charged
before it is topped up, the battery may overflow
when charging.
2.
Turn off the Multi-Mover.
3.
Open the battery compartment cover.
4.
Disconnect the electrical coupler from the battery.
5.
Connect a water tank to the filler tube.
6.
Let water flow into the battery.
a. Use only distilled water.
b. When a battery cell is full, the indicator is at the
top, and closes the battery. Water will then flow
to the next cell, until the entire battery is filled.
7.
Disconnect the water tank.
8.
Connect the battery electrical connection to the machine.
9.
Close the battery compartment cover.
