Step 17 - Starting on the driver’s side, begin by installing two hoop clamps over the vertical frame 

tube with the lower clamp facing the front of the vehicle and the upper facing the rear.

Step 18 - Using two (2) longer 10mm bolts supplied, install the two saddle pieces into the hoop clamps 

leaving them loose enough to move up and down the frame tube.
