本保證書基於免費維修規定，承諾於購買日起1年內提供免費維修服務。
遵循使用說明書等記載的注意事項，在正常使用狀態下發生的故障，本公司將根據保證書記載內
容進行免費維修。請於保修期間內攜帶本產品、保證書以及可確認購買日期的證明（收據等），
前往當地經銷商或進口商客服中心申請維修。※如未確實填寫下列項目，本保證書將視為無效，
請務必詳細填寫資料。
