Delete a Recorded Voice File
1.
To delete a recorded voice file, press the
Menu
button once, and then push
the
Menu
button up or down to select
DELETE FILE
.
2.
Press the
Menu
button, push the
Menu
button down to select
DEL VOICE
.
Press the
Menu
button again to enter the submenu of
DEL VOICE
.
3.
All of the recorded voice files will be displayed by sequence, press the
;
+
or
;
-
button up or down to select a file which is no longer needed. Push the
Menu
button up or down to select
Y
to delete the file shown on Display/
select
N
to skip to the next file/ select
EXIT
to leave current screen.
Note: you can easily use Windows Explorer to manage/ delete recorded files.
Delete All recorded Voice Files
1.
To delete a recorded voice file, press the

DELETE FILE
.

button again to enter
DELETE FILE
. Push

DEL ALL VOICE
