Regulatory and Safety Certifications 

The SECTOR S 600 has been tested to comply with applicable regulatory standards; it carries the cSGSus mark and is CE marked. 
Regarding EN 61326-1: 2013 Electrical Equipment for Measurement, Control, and Laboratory Use – EMC Requirements:  

 

The SECTOR S 600 instrument is designed for operation in a controlled electromagnetic environment. Transmitters of RF 
energy such as mobile (cellular) telephones should not be used in close proximity. 

Regarding FCC Rules, Part 15, Subpart B, a Class A digital device: 

 

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of FCC 
rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated 
in a commercial environment. The equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and 
used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause interference in which case the user will be required to correct the 
interference at his own expense.
