Air Lumbar Support System
To install your new Lumbar Support System:
1. Remove the head rest from the seat
2. Place the head rest posts through the two holes in the top of the
binding on the lumbar support. If post holes do not align, refer to (6).
3. Re-install the head rest onto the seat
4. Insert the supplied air bladder through the base of the lumbar support.
Place the bladder in your desired position by affixing the bladder to the
relevant internal Velcro strip
5. Keeping the air hose clear of all tie straps, join the side straps around
seat pivot adjuster from front to rear
6. Feed the vertical straps between the upper and lower seat back and
fasten length-ways. Tension all straps firmly
7. Pump rubber valve to inflate bladder to desired pressure. Push button on side
of valve to deflate
PLEASE NOTE:
On 120 / 150 series Toyota Prado there is a black flap joining the
upper and lower seats. This is held in place with two elastics. These will need to be
released and folded up and out of the way to allow straps to feed through between the
upper and lower seat.
