BEFORE FIRST USE

Wash all the accessories with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly with water. Wipe dry and 
assemble the unit.
Preheat the appliance to a maximum temperature for about 15 minutes. During the first heat-
ing, the appliance may produce some amount of smoke which is caused by burning out of the 
internal surfaces.

OPERATION

Generally the preheating is not necessary. The preheating is recommended when preparing 
delicate dishes, such as cakes, rare and medium-done meat.
The baking time may vary depending on the food components, temperature, mass and size of 
portion. Please adjust the time based on the time recommended in the recipe. 
To avoid overheating, electric oven will automatically regulate the temperature of the heating 
elements. Place the appliance on a smooth, stable and flat surface.
Before switching on the appliance make sure that oven is placed on a heat-resistance surface 
and there is sufficient ventilation space around the oven (at least 10 cm on the sides ant 30 cm 
clearance above the appliance).

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Place the dish in the oven on a tray

Do not use any paper or plastic containers.

Set the heater operating mode using the switch

– bottom heater switched on

 

– top heater switched on

 

– bottom and top heater switched on

If necessary, set the convection mode using the switch

Set the desired temperature using the switch

Set the desired cooking time using timer

When roasting on a spit - place the rotating spit with dish in the cooker.

Place the tray inside the oven and close the door.

Set the cooking temperature and turn on the rotating spit with a switch

Set the desired cooking time using timer

. When the desired cooking time is reached, you 

will hear the buzzer sound. To turn off the appliance, turn the timer knob

 to “OFF” position.

It is advisable to use the baking tray in the case of small food products and those which may 
produce fat and water.
After baking turn off the appliance by setting the timer 

2

 to “OFF” position and remove the 

plug from the socket.

NOTE! To take out the product and to avoid any burns use appropriate handles or protective kitchen gloves!
