Thank you for the confidence you have placed in MPM by purchasing our cookware.
By choosing our products you show us that our efforts to make the cooking process easier for you
have been recognised.
Your cookware is suitable for use with electric, ceramic, halogen, gas and induction cooktops, as
indicated on the underside of each pot.
Please read all of this user manual carefully. It contains useful cooking tips as well as technical data
and maintenance and warranty information.
This user manual will help you fully appreciate your new cookware and enjoy many years of
satisfactory use.
Before first use, wash your cookware thoroughly with warm soapy water. Never use any detergents
based on citric acid for cleaning stainless steel products. They may adversely affect the outer layer
and cause corrosion-like stains.
These stains can be easily removed with a stainless steel cleaner.
PRACTICAL TIPS
Always rinse the food with cold water before cooking
Choose a cooking zone appropriate for the size of the pot. Always place your cookware centrally
on the cooking zone. Note: if using a gas stove, adjust the size of the flame so that it does not
extend up the sides of the pot.
Never add salt when a vessel is filled with cold water or empty.
After bringing your food to a boiling point, turn the heat down just enough to keep the pot
boiling.
When cooking dense foods and when reheating, bring the temperature up slowly, stirring
frequently.
When handling pots filled with food, always hold both handles at the same time.
Never perform any repairs, modifications or alterations on your own.
Stop using your cookware immediately if you detect any damage to the handles.
Wash after each use with standard dishwashing liquids
Cookware is suitable for dishwasher care.
Scrape off burnt-on food from the bottom of the pans using a wooden spoon.
To remove food remains sticking to the bottom surface, fill the pot with a small amount of soapy
water and allow to stand for a few minutes.
Never use any abrasive scouring pads or metal scourers, as they can leave scratches on the surface.
