Press the cables into the groove in the lower
rocker cover.
See the illustration about
Fitting the wiring.
Note:
Take care when tightening the cable connection screws on
the unit injector. If a screw breaks, the unit injector must be
replaced.

Secure the cables to the unit injectors by
tightening the screws. Use torque
screwdriver 5156 and tighten the screws
to .0 +/- 0. Nm.

Fit the oil pressure sensor and its clamps.

Fit the coolant temperature sensor and its
clamps.

Fit the charge air sensor and its clamps.
Note: Handle the engine speed sensors with
care. They are magnetic and are sensitive to
impacts.

Fit the auxiliary engine speed sensor and
its clamps.

Fit the main engine speed sensor and its
clamps.

Connect ECOM to the engine and check the
unit injectors by activating them. Check also
that the values from the sensors are correct.

Plug the connectors into the control unit.

Fit the upper rocker covers and tighten the
screws to 18 ± 3 Nm.

Fit the inlet pipe between the turbocharger
and the air cleaner.
