Firewall Switch
A firewall is used to prevent traffic from entering and/or
leaving the areas of your network.
Enable Firewall:
The Router has a built-in firewall. To disable
the firewall, select
Disable
.
Enable IP address filter:
To limit the Internet access on some
specified computers through the router, enable the IP Address
Filter.
Enable Port forwarding:
Port Forwarding can be used to
translate the common service port to a custom port inside your
local network such as web or FTP.
Disable WAN port ping:
Disabling WAN port ping will make the
Router drop any ICMP ping requests (which is usually used for
