When using the equipment, you will be agreeing to the follow the warranty terms and conditions.
Brudden Equipamentos Ltda., manufacturer of Movement products, guarantees new equipment free of defects in materials and
manufacture in the periods set forth below.
The warranty period starts on the issue date of the purchased product's invoice issued by the Factory or by an accredited reseller.
This warranty applies only to defects identified during the time limits below and only to the original purchaser of the product. To
exercise the warranty the purchaser should contact the nearest Authorized Technical Assistance (list available at
www.movement.com.br/assistencia-tecnica) in less than 30 days from the discovery of the nonconformity and make it available for
inspection.

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
THE WARRANTY IS VALID IF IT IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS BELOW:
The warranty is applied to the Movement products only when:

The product has been purchased by the original buyer and with proof of original purchase (purchase invoice);
•
It has not been the object of: accidents, inadequate use or negligence, improper operation, poorly handled and used,
transportation defects and inadequate storage, maintenance in a way that differs from the specifications contained in the
instructions guide, inappropriate servicing, or modifications not executed by Movement;
•
The replacement parts used have been provided by Movement;
•
This warranty does not cover damages or nonconformities caused by lack of basic and preventative maintenance, as described in
the Owner's Manual, available through the QR Code on the left side or at www.movement.com.br.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
•
Products repaired or modified by a third party without prior written permission from Movement;
•
Service call for product installation or instructions to the owners on how to use the product;
•

Pick-ups and deliveries in relation to repairs;
•
No service expense occurred after the services warranty period.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The Warranty Movement service can be requested directly from the Factory or from an authorized dealer. See the list at
www.movement.com.br/assistencia-técnica.
AExpenses arising from possible transportation of the product to Technical Assistance or travel by the authorized Technician (technical
visit) will be the responsibility of the buyer, even if the product is under warranty.
The responsibility of this warranty is limited exclusively to repair, modification or replacement of the product supplied.
Movement will not be held liable for any harm suffered to people, outsourced third parties and or damage to other equipment and
installations, loss of profit or any other emerging damage.
Movement reserves the right to halt the manufacture of its products without prior notice and/or modify the specifications and introduce
improvements to their products at any time, without incurring the obligation to make changes to previously manufactured products.
