Note:
If you encrypt the data on your memory card, you
will not be able to record video in high definition.
Credential storage
You may need to install security certificates to access
Wi-Fi networks, virtual private networks, or email at
work.
Install certificate from an SD card
You can install a certificate from your microSD card.

Copy the certificate from your computer to the root
directory on your microSD card. See “
Connect

” on page 46.

Touch the file name of the certificate to install it. If you
haven’t created a password for your credential
storage, you’ll be asked to create one.
Note:
Android™ supports X.509 certificates that are
DER-encoded and saved in a .crt file extension, or
saved in a PKCS#12 key store with a .p12 extension. If
your certificates end in different file extensions, the
must be converted to .crt or .p12 file extensions.
Use secure credentials
In order for applications to access secure credentials
stored on your phone, it must be set to allow access to
them.

Reset
To reset your phone to factory settings and erase all the
data on your phone, touch Apps

Settings

Privacy

Factory data reset

Reset phone
