You can select one of these text entry methods:
iTAP™ method
Press

in a text entry screen to select and switch
to iTAP method. iTAP method lets you enter words using
one key press per letter. The iTAP software combines
your key presses into common words, and predicts
each word as you enter it.
For example, if you press

, your phone
displays a list of word combinations such as Appl , Aspj ,
Aspk , Aspl , and Asp 5 .
When you enter three or more characters in a row,
your phone will guess the word.
For example, if you enter Prog , your phone might
display:
