Attaching the Antenna
To attach the antenna:
1.
Insert the bottom of the antenna into the screw-in base on the top
of the terminal.
2.
Turn clockwise until snug. Do not force.
Wearing and Wiring
The
TCR1000
, considering its purpose, is worn on the body. A set of
accessories guarantee comfortable and secure wearing.
There are two recommended methods of wearing the terminal,
which use the following:
• Covert Vest
• Shoulder Harness
To use the terminal, you also require the following accessories:
• Earpiece
• Neckloop with Microphone
• Patch with Microphone
Turn the TCR1000 off before installing or removing the antenna.
When installing the body worn dipole antenna the open connector
has to be terminated with the 50 Ohm terminator.
