No dial tone
•
Use only the telephone line cord supplied.
•
Check that the telephone line cord is connected properly.
•
Check that the mains power is connected properly and switched on.
No display
•
Check that the batteries are inserted correctly and fully charged. Use only
approved rechargeable batteries supplied.
•
Check that the handset is switched on. Press and hold
R
.
•
Reset the base by removing the batteries and disconnecting the mains
power. Wait for around 15 seconds before connecting it again. Allow up to
one minute for the handset and base to synchronize.

Handset is out of range. Move closer to the base.
•
Make sure that the handset is registered to the base.
•
Check that the mains power is connected properly and switched on.
Keypad does not seem to work
•
Check that the keypad lock is not on.

Adjust the handset slightly on the base.

Clean the charging contacts with a cloth moistened with alcohol.
•
Check that the mains power is connected properly and switched on.

The battery is full. When the handset is fully charged,
will appear steady
on the display.
Caller ID

If Caller iD is not working, check your subscription with your network
operator.
•
When a number stored in your phonebook calls but the name is not
displayed. Check that you have the correct name / number stored in your
phonebook, with the full area code.
I forgot my PIN number!
