Press the cable’s modular connector clip through the access slot in the digital scanner’s base.

Plug the USB interface cable series A connector in the USB host or hub, or plug the Plus Power connector into
an available port on the IBM SurePOS terminal.

Plug the power supply adapter cable into the power jack on the interface cable.

Connect the other end of the power supply adapter cable to the power supply.
