On your computer:

Doubleclick on “My Computer” to find the
“Removable Disk” icons for your phone and
memory card.

Doubleclick the “Removable Disk” icon for the
memory card.

Drag and drop files into these folders on the
memory card (create the folders if necessary):
my_images, my_music, my_sounds, or my_videos.

When you’re done, rightclick the “Safely Remove
Hardware” icon in the system tray at the bottom of
your computer screen, then select “USB Mass
Storage Device” (your memory card).

Disconnect the USB cable.
