mark a folder for
synchronization
When you synchronize your e-mail account with your
computer, the same inbox folders that are in Outlook
on your computer are created on your phone.
1 Press the left soft key (

) ( Start ).
2 Use the thumb wheel to scroll to Messaging and
press the thumb wheel or center select key (

)
to select it.
3 Scroll to your e-mail account and press the center
select key (
s
).
4 Press the right soft key (
+
) ( Menu ), scroll to
Folders and press the center select key (
s
).
5 Press the right soft key (
+
) ( Menu ), scroll to
Manage Folders and press the center select key (
s
).
6 Highlight each folder you want to synchronize and
press the right soft key (
+
) ( Sync ).
Note: Be sure to mark your e-mail sent folder for
synchronization, or you won’t be able to view sent
message status.
