Table 6-3 lists the private instruction codes that can be hazardous to the device operation if
executed. The user should not execute these instructions.

Boundary Scan Register
A full description of the boundary scan register may be found in the boundary scan
description language (BSDL) file provided by Motorola upon request.

Device Identification Register (0x0281E01D)
Figure 6-2 shows the format for the device identification register. All bits of the register are
read-only.

Performance
The performance and electrical properties of the TAP controller, boundary scan, and JTAG
inputs and outputs, are described in Chapter 7, “Electrical Specifications and
Characteristics.”
