The phone
doesn’t work at
all (no lights, no
dial tone)

• Check the power and phone connections. Is the

power cable plugged in at both ends? Phone
cable?

• Check the battery. Is it charged? Does it fit

properly?

• Verify dial tone using another phone. If you have
