discontinuance, the telephone company must:
(1)promptly notify you of such temporary
discontinuance;
(2) afford you the opportunity to correct the situation;
(3)inform you of your right to bring a complaint to the
Commission pursuant to procedures set forth in
Subpart E of Part 68, FCC Rules and Regulations.
The telephone company may make changes in its
facilities, equipment, operations, or procedures that
could affect the operation of the equipment. If this
happens, the telephone company will provide advance
notice in order for you to make necessary
modifications to maintain uninterrupted service.
