Placing International Phone Calls
When making an international call, you can either enter the international
access code directly (011 in the United States) or use “Plus Dialing”.
You can also make international calls from your stored list (see “Storing
Names and Numbers” on page 26) using Scroll, Name Search, Speed
Dial, or Turbo Dial, provided you have stored the number with Plus
Dialing. To place an international call using the “Plus Dialing” feature,
see the following section.
NOTE: Your phone’s default is “International Calls Restricted.” Con-
tact Customer Care to obtain international dialing access.
Plus Dialing
This feature enables you to place an international call from most
countries without entering the local international access code.
Country-to-Country (Using Plus Dialing)

for two seconds. A “0” appears, then
changes to a “+”.
NOTE: The network translates the “+” into the appropriate
international access code needed to place the call.

Enter the country code, city code, and phone number.
