15.2 Recording conversations and memos
15.2.1 Automatically record a conversation
The CT111I can record the conversation automatically when a call comes in or when
making an outgoing call.
1. In standby mode press and hold

to turn on automatic recording, the display

again to turn it off and the display shows

15.2.2 Record a conversation manually
During a call with an external caller the CT111I can record the conversation.
1. During a call press

, the display will show the length of the recording

2. To end recording press

15.2.3 Record a memo
You can record a memo which is stored on your CT111I and can be played back.
1. In standby mode press

, the display will show the length of the recording

2. To end recording press

NOTE
The recording time is limited, once the memory is full the CT111I will stop recording.
15.2.4 Play and delete recorded conversations and memos
1. Press

to play the recordings, the latest recording will play first.
2. During playback press
X
twice to delete that recording.
3. The screen will show

and the next message will play.
