SCSI ATN driven as an initiator when a special condition
occurs
BSY driven by initiator as a hand-shake during arbitration
CD indicates command or message phase when asserted,
data phase when deasserted
IO indicates the in direction when asserted, out
direction when deasserted
MSG indicates a message phase when asserted and a
command/data phase when deasserted
SACK initiator asserts ACK to indicate a byte is ready for
