DESCRIPTION
The PMLN5102 Core Ultra-Lite Headset is
ideal for fast-paced, busy environments and
provides high-clarity, discrete two-way radio
communication while offering the additional
comfort necessary for extended wear.
The Core Ultra-Lite Headset consists of the
following parts:
• Flexible, Electret boom microphone
• In-line Push-To-Talk switch (PTT)
OPERATION
Push To Talk (PTT) Operation:
1. Always switch the
radio OFF
before
connecting the Core Ultra-Lite Headset.
2. Attach the audio connector to the radio
taking care not to over tighten the fixing
screw.
3. Switch the
radio ON -
care should be taken
not to set the volume level too loud.
4. Speak into the Core Ultra-Lite Headset
microphone whilst holding down the in-line
PTT switch to check that the two-way
communication is working, the
red radio
light (LED)
will be illuminated
.
5. Adjust the Core Ultra-Lite Headset speaker
audio level using the
radio volume control
.
6. Always switch the
radio OFF
before
disconnecting the Core Ultra-Lite Headset.
